Jeffrey Francoz

Jeff is a Managing Director at AGAWA, responsible for leadership of the Advisory Services division. His focus is on the provision of innovative capital raising and advisory services to the renewable energy and related infrastructure sector. With over 20 years of experience as President and CEO of related entities within the Aquilon Group of Companies, Jeff has amassed deep knowledge and practical expertise in the areas of power marketing and energy trading, electricity market settlement operations, corporate finance and funding, investment management, and investment dealer operations.

Jeff has served on a number of corporate and industry association Boards and Committees through the course of his career including a role as an independent Director of the Investment Dealers Association (predecessor industry regulatory association to the “Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada” – IIROC).

Jeff is a Professional Engineer, registered with the Professional Engineers Ontario and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Civil Engineering).
