David Demers

David is responsible for AGAWA’s legal, compliance and operational activities,  including business and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. David has a BA in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo and a JD from the University of Alberta. He is a notary public and a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
